As you can see, the first post’s picture at the bottom of the page has been removed, I assume, through Scientology’s nonsensical copyrighting of their “religion” and the inertia of its huge legal department pestering and, no doubt, threatening WordPress and/or my IP with legal action. People, please, I appeal to all those who have even a vague understanding of religion and what it stands for. Religion itself is used as a barrier against this world’s ills, a means of giving hope to the people, a means of connecting on a higher level with oneself and a higher power, as well as others. Copyrights are restrictions imposed on material in the interest of keeping the artist’s/author’s/publisher’s/etc/ intellectual property. Does any other religion impose such harsh restrictions upon its very name? What about its core beliefs? How about its religious texts? That’s correct, Scientology has an exclusive copyright on ALL of its texts! Equate that to the Q’uran, the Bible, Talmud, Torah, Dhammapada, or any other holy texts being under the exclusive protection of a single corporation. And a corporation is what CoS really is, for what else but a corporation feels the need to protect their “investment” and keep their plebeians shelling out cash for their publications? Any other holy texts are available for no charge all over the world from ANY religious/spiritual institution; not with the intent to rack in profits, but with the intent to educate, at the discretion of the worshiper’s free will, about whatever religion, and to provide resources to thoughtfully, prayerfully consider either converting or deepening one’s faith. The Church of Scientology desires neither of these goals, rather, they desire to suck every last penny out of its followers, leaving them broken and destitute (see Noah Lottick) and feed the already bloated coffers of the “Church”. Any humane person cannot argue for the copyright protection, and subsequent(significant and repetitive) monetary gains, of any religion spirituality. Citizens of the world, open your eyes!

ABSTRACT

So, this post is for all those who no little or nothing regarding Scientology, who wish to know more. Please Follow this link to an informative website that can hopefully answer some of your questions regarding this newly discovered religion.

Operation Clambake is an ongoing operation to increase awareness, generate dialogue, and discuss issues regarding the Church of Scientology. Frankly, the author of this post opposes Scientology in its most fundamental forms, however, being a believer in free speech (something that is increasingly ignored and abused in this age) and freedom of the press (again, abused by political agendas and propaganda) the author wishes to give you ample opportunity to make up your mind regarding these issues. Again, knowledge is power. Gather as much as you can, and do what you may with it. The only useless information is unknown information. You’ll notice a distinct difference between Pro-Scientology websites/resources and anti (informative) Scientology websites, whereas pro-CoS (Church of Scientology) have a distinct lack of information and fact, falling back upon pseudo-religious “bunk” or superstitious propaganda, and conversely the anti-CoS sites have a large compendium of verifiable fact and truth, both historically accurate and independently verified and verifiable.

DETAIL and EXPANSION

As you know, Scientology (CoS) has been on the cusp of attaining global acceptance as a valid religious organization. I’m here to inform you that this is the most dangerous, illogical threat to society in the modern world. This is why:
15+ recorded or documented deaths within CoS’s gulags, among
3+ recorded CoS-driven suicides in the US alone,
US $20,862,000 profit, in 1996 alone (12 years ago), from members as “religious education and training”, an absurd idea in which one must pay the church (and therefore the hierarchy) to obtain required knowledge to release trillions of “body thetans” from one’s body and soul, ancient beings that exploded out of Earth’s volcanoes through a nuclear explosion started by an intergalactic alien ruler named Xenu 75,000 years when he shipped these freeze dried bodies to Earth because his 76 planets were overpopulated. These body thetans inhabits us and stop us from being God. Oh yeah, and we’re all descended from intergalactic CLAMS.
In addition, because CoS has managed to gain religious status (due to the incomprehensible bunk their leader spewed forth in a psychedelic dug-induced stupor just prior to his death [that being Xenu, etc.]), they are not eligible for taxes on the trillions of dollars moving up the “ladder“.
Ask a Jewish person to explain the Torah, they will explain it.
Ask a Christian to explain the Bible, they will explain it.
Ask a Muslim to explain the Q’uran, they will explain it.
Ask a Scientologist to explain their texts, they will explain it after your check clears.
CoS members organize apparently harmless “personality tests” and “stress tests” all around the world in urban areas for free, hooking unwitting or ignorant passerby with their promise of solving all the world’s ills (for a price, reckoned to be upwards of one million dollars to attain highest rankings, Source).
CoS has its own illegal and unrecognized naval fleet, where the highest levels of training, planning, espionage, subterfuge, propaganda, killing, punishment, etc. take place. Its consists of armed and unarmed vessels of every tonnage and class (Source)People that speak out against CoS (or commit any one of the hundreds of high crimes against CoS, listed here) are labeled as a “Suppressive Person” (SP) and officially “disconnected” from CoS, meaning that they may never come into contact with CoS or any of its members, ever. Imagine the amount of social grief and suffering this causes and has caused by tearing apart families, relationships and friends. There is even a ranking system of sorts to define just how severely Suppressive an SP is.CoS has a confirmed policy of “Fair Game”, stating that any SP “fair game” for harrasement, verbal/physical/emotional/legal abuse, murder, any means necessary to silence the person. (Source)

CoS has infiltrated almost all levels of US government (data unknown regarding Other gov’ts), and uses coercion and deceitfulnes, as well as outright legal barbarity, to shelve anti-Scientology laws and cases, and place CoS sympathizers in high levels of the governing systems.

CoS’s treatment of children is an irrefutable breach of basic human rights, keeping children locked up just as harshly as the adults, forcing them to absorb CoS material and follow CoS teaching (as well as spend their life savings on CoS), prohibiting outside psychical, emotional, and most importantly for CoS, psychological counseling or help of any kind (all tactics used on the rest of CoS members). As one ex-CoS member described the brainwashing techniques of CoS towards children: “These lockers were small, smelly holes, covered by grates where the chain for the anchor was stored. I saw one boy held in there for 30 nights, crying and begging to be released.” — Affidavit of Tonja Burden (25 January 1980)

“I’d like to start a religion. That’s where the money is.”

- L. Ron Hubbard to Lloyd Eshbach, in 1949

“MAKE MONEY. MAKE MORE MONEY. MAKE OTHER PEOPLE PRODUCE SO AS TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

– L. Ron Hubbard, HCOPL of 9 March 1972, MS OEC 384.

In fact, here’s a list of L. Ron Hubbard’s quotes to give you an idea of what HE was thinking at the time
